Priyanka Chopra Sells Four Luxury Apartments in Mumbai’s Andheri West for ₹16.17 Crore : Report

Mumbai: Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra Jonas has sold four luxury apartments in Mumbai’s Andheri West for a total of ₹16.17 crore, as per documents accessed by IndexTap. The properties are part of the Oberoi Sky Gardens project in Lokhandwala Complex.

Details of the Property Transactions

Three of the four apartments sold are located on the 18th floor, while one is on the 19th floor. The transactions were registered on March 3, 2025.

First apartment (18th floor): Built-up area of 1,075 sq ft, sold for ₹3.45 crore, with ₹17.26 lakh stamp duty. It includes one car parking.
Second apartment (18th floor): Built-up area of 885 sq ft, sold for ₹2.85 crore, with ₹14.25 lakh stamp duty. This unit also includes one car parking.
Third apartment (19th floor): Built-up area of 1,100 sq ft, sold for ₹3.52 crore, with ₹21.12 lakh stamp duty.
Fourth apartment (Jodi unit): Spread across the 18th and 19th floors, covering 1,985 sq ft. It was sold for ₹6.35 crore, with ₹31.75 lakh stamp duty. The sale includes two parking spaces.

Priyanka Chopra’s Real Estate Portfolio

Priyanka Chopra has been actively involved in property transactions in India despite living in Los Angeles with her husband, American singer Nick Jonas, and their daughter, Malti Marie Chopra Jonas.

2024: The actress’s family leased a bungalow in Pune’s Koregaon Park to co-living and co-working firm The Urban Nomads Community Private Limited for ₹2.06 lakh per month. A security deposit of ₹6 lakh was paid for the lease.
2023: Chopra sold two penthouses in Lokhandwala Complex, Oshiwara, for ₹6 crore. The smaller penthouse (860 sq ft) fetched ₹2.25 crore, while the larger one (1,432 sq ft) sold for ₹3.75 crore.
2021: The actress leased a 2,040 sq ft office space in Oshiwara for ₹2.11 lakh per month. In March 2021, she sold two residential units in Raj Classic, Versova, Andheri West, for ₹7 crore.

Despite relocating to the U.S. after her 2018 marriage, Priyanka Chopra continues to manage and monetize her real estate investments in India.
