From starting her own blog at 21, to having Instagram following of around 200,000, Monisha has come a long way. Monisha can be seen flaunting her love for ethnic wear. She has worked with leading brands like Global Desi, Mirraw, Samsung, Mahindra Rise, Charles & Keith, Kendall and Kylie, Renee, Nivea, Livon, etc.
Her video with different kind of hairstyles has been featured on Femina India page. She is one of the top 100 creators who has collaborated with Maharashtra Tourism where she went to Ratnagiri to cover the hidden gems. She has attended Lakme Fashion Show for Khadi India and had one to one conversation with the designer Lars Andersson.

Yet, Monisha has not forgotten her responsibility of giving back to the society. Throughout her six years of journey, she has joined hands with NGOs like Advitya Foundation, Milaap Foundation, Goonj, Leo Club etc. She has sponsored lunch and spent time with specially-abled people. During lockdown, she took care of the daily ration needs of 15 families of daily wage workers for a month.
