Grecia Munoz, wife of Zomato CEO Deepinder Goyal, made her first Instagram post months after their marriage, celebrating Zomato’s 16th birthday. The couple visited Vidya School in Gurgaon, supported by the Feeding India initiative, to mark the occasion.
In her Instagram post, Munoz expressed her joy: “Happy 16th @zomato. Absolutely loved all the kids and their energy. Thank you @feedingindia for having me at Vidya School, Gurugram.” She added that she enjoyed discussing cricket with the children, despite her limited knowledge of the sport.
Goyal, 41, and Munoz returned from their honeymoon in February, sources told HT.com in March. It was also revealed that Munoz, who no longer models, considers herself “now at home in India,” as stated in her Instagram bio. Her Threads bio describes her as a television host.
To celebrate its 16th birthday, Zomato published a humorous full-page newspaper ad styled like those of Indian political parties, featuring a large photograph of Goyal and smaller images of top executives. Goyal also shared a video of himself cutting a cake with students at the Gurgaon school. He was joined by a girl student and a Zomato delivery agent in the cake-cutting ceremony.
“Spent the first part of Zomato’s 16th birthday visiting and celebrating with kids at a Zomato Feeding India supported school. Received much love, and so so many high fives,” Goyal wrote on Instagram and X (formerly Twitter).
Albinder Dhindsa, co-founder and CEO of Zomato-owned Blinkit, also participated in the school celebrations.
The visit and celebrations highlight Zomato’s commitment to social initiatives and community support through the Feeding India program, reinforcing the company’s dedication to giving back on its milestone anniversary.
