India is poised to become the largest global hub for Trump Towers outside of the United States following Donald Trump’s victory in the 2024 US elections. With six new real estate deals finalised across major Indian cities, including Pune, Gurugram, Noida, Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Bengaluru, Trump Towers plans to expand its presence dramatically, making India the second-largest market for the Trump brand in the world.

The new ventures, licensed through Tribeca Developers, are set to cover a massive 8 million square feet, with an estimated sale potential of ₹15,000 crore. This expansion builds on the existing four Trump-branded properties in India, which already total 3 million square feet. These luxury properties have become landmarks in the cities they occupy, attracting high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and non-resident Indians (NRIs), including Bollywood celebrities.

Tribeca Developers, the exclusive partner for Trump in India, revealed that the upcoming projects are being strategically placed in cities where luxury living and real estate are in high demand. The new developments include repeat projects in Pune, Mumbai, and Gurugram, as well as forays into new markets in Noida, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad.

“We are excited to bring Trump’s super-luxury brand to these new locations,” said a spokesperson from Tribeca. “These properties are not just real estate investments; they are trophy properties, and we are dedicated to ensuring they push the boundaries of luxury even further.”

The Trump Towers brand, known globally for its high-end residences, will also mark its first expansion into office spaces in India with a large-scale office development planned for Pune. This will be the first Trump office project in India, further diversifying the brand’s portfolio in the region. Additionally, one of the six new projects will feature a golf and villas development, marking another first for Trump Towers in India.

Tribeca has confirmed that the expansion includes a focus on repeat projects in cities like Gurugram, Pune, and Mumbai, where the brand already has a significant presence. These projects may bear a new name, “Trump World Towers,” to differentiate them from the initial Trump Towers.

Adding further excitement, Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump are set to visit India in early 2025 to launch the new Trump Tower projects. Their visit will be an important milestone as the brand deepens its roots in the Indian luxury real estate market.

As India continues to be a top destination for luxury real estate investments, the upcoming Trump Towers developments signal a broader trend of international luxury brands expanding in key Indian markets. With a focus on world-class design and unmatched amenities, these projects are expected to set new standards for luxury living and office spaces across the country.

The six new Trump Towers projects, slated for announcement by December 2024 and expected to launch in the first half of 2025, are anticipated to draw significant interest from investors and affluent buyers looking to make a mark in India’s rapidly evolving real estate landscape.
