In an extraordinary gesture to enhance productivity and morale, Team Detailing Solutions, a Chennai-based structural steel design and detailing company, has gifted 28 cars and 29 bikes to its employees. The move aims to recognize the hard work and dedication of the staff, who are regarded as the company’s greatest assets.

Managing Director Sridhar Kannan announced the initiative, stating, “We wanted to show our appreciation for their tireless efforts in driving the company’s success. Our employees have demonstrated exceptional commitment and dedication, and we are proud to recognize their achievements.”

The variety of brand-new vehicles gifted to employees includes models from Hyundai, Tata, Maruti Suzuki, and even luxury Mercedes Benz cars. Kannan explained that the company assessed employees’ contributions based on their performance and years of service before making the awards.

With a workforce of around 180 skilled individuals, many of whom come from humble backgrounds, Kannan emphasized the significance of this gesture. “We select highly motivated candidates, and for many, the concept of owning a car or a bike is like a dream,” he added. This isn’t the first time the company has offered such incentives; in 2022, they gifted cars to two senior colleagues.

In addition to the vehicle gifts, Team Detailing Solutions has enhanced its support for employees’ personal milestones by increasing marriage assistance from ₹50,000 to ₹1 lakh starting this year. Kannan noted that if an employee wishes to choose a vehicle that exceeds the company’s designated amount, they can cover the additional cost themselves.

“This gesture is expected to boost morale, motivation, and productivity. We will continue to prioritize employee development and customer satisfaction,” Kannan stated, reaffirming the company’s commitment to its workforce.
