A video circulating on social media has highlighted growing customer dissatisfaction with Ola Electric scooters, as numerous vehicles await repairs at a service center. The footage features a man claiming to be inside the Ola service center, expressing his frustration over the poor quality of service offered by the two-wheeler company.

In the video, the man states, “I am inside the Ola service centre right now and you can see all the scooties around me. I had brought my scooty to be serviced two months ago. It was a brand new vehicle. Now look at all these scooties parked here to be repaired. Sab ki sab scooties kharab khadi hain,” which translates to “All the scooters are broken and standing here.” The camera pans to reveal a cramped space filled with a dozen Ola scooters, all awaiting repairs.

Another customer, pointed out by the man, shares his own troubles with his Ola scooter, saying, “Sometimes the shocker stops working or the whole scooter resets. It stops working suddenly. I almost got into a road accident twice because of it. It just stopped in the middle of the road.”

The frustrated man advises potential buyers to reconsider their purchase of an Ola scooter, stating, “It will cost you ₹1 lakh. You should think about how you want to spend your money.”

The video also captures a group of men in the service center who are trying to reach the manager for assistance but report being ignored. One of them expresses, “Hum sab tang hain,” meaning “We are all fed up.”

CEO Bhavish Aggarwal Faces Backlash

The dissatisfaction with Ola’s services comes as CEO Bhavish Aggarwal finds himself at the center of controversy, especially following an exchange with comedian Kunal Kamra. Kamra had previously criticized Ola Electric, posting a photo of the scooters gathering dust outside a dealership. In response, Aggarwal accused Kamra of posting paid tweets to defame the company, leading to a heated back-and-forth on social media.

Aggarwal’s responses to Kamra’s critiques were criticized for their “vulgar” and “crass” tone, further fueling the negative sentiment surrounding Ola Electric’s service quality.

As the situation unfolds, Ola Electric faces increasing scrutiny from customers and critics alike, raising questions about the company’s commitment to service and customer satisfaction.
