Adani Airports Face Lounge Access Disruptions After Dreamfolks Suspends Services
Adani Airport Holdings Ltd (AAHL) announced on Sunday that passengers across airports in India are facing disruptions in accessing airport lounges, following the abrupt suspension of services by Dreamfolks Services Ltd. The unexpected halt has affected lounge access at several major airports, including Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Jaipur, Guwahati, Thiruvananthapuram, and Mangaluru, which are operated by AAHL.

The unexpected halt has affected lounge access at several major airports, including Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Jaipur, Guwahati, Thiruvananthapuram, and Mangaluru, which are operated by AAHL.
In a statement, AAHL said, “Passengers at airports across India have been experiencing disruptions in lounge access. This is due to the unexpected suspension of services by Dreamfolks Services Ltd, a lounge access provider partnered with several banks, in violation of its service agreements with the affected airports.”
AAHL is currently collaborating with banks to resolve the issue and restore lounge access for travelers as soon as possible. Despite repeated requests, services through Dreamfolks have not yet resumed. As a temporary solution, lounges at Adani-operated airports are now accepting all major debit and credit cards from other access providers to ensure minimal disruption to passengers.
The company assured travelers that they are actively working to bring back normalcy to lounge access services in partnership with banks and other providers.
