Krishna Vaish: The 21 Year Old Founder Building A Creative Agency Beyond His Age

At an age where most people are still figuring out their careers, Krishna Vaish is already building something much bigger than himself.

At just 21 years old, Krishna is the founder of Studio Kriv, a creative agency working with brands across India and Dubai. The agency works with businesses from hospitality, food, fashion, lifestyle and consumer industries, helping them create campaigns, content and strong digital identities.

But this journey did not happen overnight.

Krishna started skipped college & started working at a very young age. At 18, while most people around him were exploring college life, he started

freelancing and taking his first steps into the creative industry.

Every shoot, every client and every challenge became a learning experience.

With no fixed path to follow, he spent his early years understanding the industry, building relationships and improving his craft. The experience taught him not just about photography or filmmaking, but also about communication, discipline and handling responsibility.

By the age of 19, Krishna decided to turn his passion into something bigger and started his own company.

That was the beginning of Studio Kriv.

Starting a business at such a young age came with its own challenges. Running an agency meant that creativity was only one part of the journey. He had to

learn how to build a team, manage clients, create systems and take decisions that affected more people than just himself.

One of the most interesting things about Krishna’s journey is that every employee working with him today is older than him.

In a world where leadership is often connected with age and years of experience, Krishna’s journey shows a different side of leadership.

His team respects him not because of his age or title, but because of the work and dedication behind it.

For Krishna, respect has always been about responsibility. A leader is not someone who knows everything, but someone who is ready to learn, improve and create opportunities for the people around them.

Over time, Studio Kriv grew from a young creator’s vision into a complete creative ecosystem.

This vision also led to the creation of Ochre48, a 2200 sq. ft. creative studio space in Chandigarh and one of the largest studios in the region.

The space was built with the idea of giving creators, brands and artists a place where they could bring their ideas to life.

Today, Ochre48 has become a creative destination for many known faces. Multiple Punjabi singers, Bollywood personalities, influencers and brands have used the space for their shoots.

Along with hosting productions, Krishna and his team have also worked behind the camera, creating campaigns and content for several well known names.

For someone who started alone with just an interest in creating, building a space where established artists and brands now come to create is a huge milestone.

However, Krishna continues to see it as only the beginning.

His journey has been about starting before feeling completely ready.

Many people wait for the perfect moment, the perfect experience or the perfect opportunity before taking their first step. Krishna’s story proves that sometimes the best way to learn is by starting.

The confidence, experience and knowledge come during the journey.

Being a young founder also means constantly proving yourself. There are situations where people notice age before they notice ability.

But with consistency, results and strong work, perceptions slowly change.

From freelancing at 18, starting his company at 19 and building a growing

creative agency by 21, Krishna Vaish’s journey is a reminder that ambition does not have an age limit.

What matters more is the courage to begin, the patience to learn and the discipline to keep moving forward.

For Krishna, Studio Kriv and Ochre48 are not just achievements. They are only the foundation of everything that is yet to come.
