Sharanya Pabba’s name resonates with resilience, reinvention, and a rare blend of emotional intelligence and technical brilliance. With over 14 years in the software industry, she wears many hats — software professional, published author, IT mentor, IELTS training specialist, EQ practitioner, and a cancer survivor who has transformed her personal battle into a beacon of hope for many.

Sharanya’s professional journey began in a modest setting where societal norms rarely favored education for girls. Yet, with immense determination and the unwavering support of her mother, she not only broke barriers but soared beyond them. From overcoming patriarchal roadblocks in her early years to securing a place in a multinational company through campus recruitment, she proved that talent, when combined with grit, knows no limits.

But her story was just beginning. At 23, Sharanya was diagnosed with stage 3 cancer — a life-altering challenge that could have silenced any dream. Instead, it awakened a fighter in her. Through painful treatments and countless silent struggles, she emerged victorious, not just physically, but mentally and spiritually. This defining chapter didn’t end with her survival; it marked the beginning of her journey into healing others. She began counselling fellow cancer patients, offering them not sympathy but solidarity — real stories, real strength, and real support.

Her lived experiences naturally enriched her work. As an EQ and NLP practitioner, Sharanya understands that technology alone doesn’t drive the world — people do. She brings this understanding into her writing. Her author journey is an extension of her mentoring spirit, aiming to simplify complex IT concepts for students and professionals. Her debut book, Insights of IT – Software Industry Blueprint, breaks down the practical realities of the IT world. It’s not a textbook — it’s a roadmap. Her second book, Beyond The Code – Mastering Client Relations, dives into the often-ignored human aspects of corporate life — empathy, communication, and trust.

What sets her writing apart is her style — she doesn’t lecture, she tells stories. Her upcoming book, Office Diaries of ITIL – ITSM: Fun, Frustration, Fixes, promises to be a refreshing take on IT service management, blending fairy-tale formats, humor, and real-life analogies to make structured frameworks like ITIL relatable and fun.

Her commitment to knowledge-sharing doesn’t stop at books. Sharanya actively mentors young IT aspirants, conducts soft skills training, and offers free career guidance to help bridge the gap between academic theory and industry practice. As an IELTS training specialist, she supports students aspiring to study or work abroad, focusing not just on test prep but on building confidence and clarity.

She holds a range of global certifications — from AWS Certified Solution Architect – Professional to Redwood RMJ Automation Developer Specialist, Certified File Transfer Professional, and Certified IT Service Management. But it’s her EQ certification that reflects what defines her the most: emotional strength.

Sharanya’s journey didn’t end after surviving cancer. During the pandemic, she faced another terrifying health scare — a COVID-19 infection that damaged her lungs by 60%. But once again, she recovered in just seven days, thanks to her mental resilience, inner discipline, and the love of her family.

What makes her truly remarkable is how she has channeled every obstacle into fuel for service. Whether it’s mentoring young graduates, guiding cancer patients, teaching English communication, or helping women reclaim their confidence, Sharanya leads by example. She doesn’t just talk about strength — she lives it, every single day.

Her story is a reminder that success is not just about career milestones, certifications, or achievements. It’s about how much you uplift others as you rise, how deeply you feel for those walking alone, and how bravely you continue even when life throws its hardest punches.

In a world driven by speed and metrics, Sharanya Pabba brings heart to the forefront — showing us that compassion, courage, and curiosity are just as important as code.
