At 23, Shivam Mishra (Realsk) Is Building Four Companies and a Creator-Led Business Ecosystem

From creating videos alongside social-media creators to building ventures across creator management, media, PR and music, the New Delhi-based entrepreneur is turning years of experimentation into a growing business ecosystem.

New Delhi, India — At 23, Shivam Mishra, popularly known as Realsk, has already built a diverse entrepreneurial journey spanning creator management, digital media, public relations and independent music.

But his journey didn’t begin with a company. It began with creating videos.

From Content Creation to Entrepreneurship

Shivam started his journey in 2020, when several of his close friends were already gaining popularity on social media. He joined them and began creating videos himself, becoming familiar with the rapidly growing creator economy.

That early experience, however, came with an unexpected setback.

His personal social-media account, which had grown to 100,000+ followers, was hacked. Losing an account he had built from the ground up left Shivam demotivated and forced him to rethink his direction.

Two close friends, NODDY LLY and Manish Tanwer, played an important role during that period. They encouraged him to look beyond content creation and suggested that he explore creator management.

That advice became a turning point.

Shivam decided to start his first influencer management company, Red Media, beginning his transition from content creator to entrepreneur.

Although Red Media was eventually shut down because of legal issues, the experience became one of the foundations of Shivam’s entrepreneurial mindset.

Rather than allowing failure to stop him, he chose to learn from it.

For Shivam, entrepreneurship has always been about exploration — understanding how teams work, learning how businesses are managed and continuously entering new areas.

His philosophy is simple: once one task is completed, there should always be something new to learn and build.

Building Beyond One Company

That mindset eventually led to the creation of multiple ventures.

At the centre of Shivam’s current ecosystem is DB Media Groups, an umbrella company and creator-led brand founded alongside his co-founder, Deepika.

The company was initially planned for launch in January, but the founders ultimately launched DB Media Groups on 26 July 2026.

The long-term vision is to build and launch multiple brands alongside influencers and creators while also exploring opportunities to acquire startups in the future.

Shivam also has an ambitious technology vision for the group: developing an AI platform specifically for influencers, designed around the needs of the creator economy.

The broader goal is to build an ecosystem that connects creators, brands, startups, media and technology.

Talent Experiences: Helping Creators Grow

One of the core businesses in this ecosystem is Talent Experiences, a creator management agency working with influencers, YouTubers and actors across India.

The agency provides creators with management, brand opportunities, promotional support and growth guidance, with both exclusive and non-exclusive creators currently part of its network.

Shivam says the company was built around a simple observation: many creators are highly focused on producing content but don’t always have the time, resources or expertise to manage the business side of their careers.

Talent Experiences aims to fill that gap by providing creators with professional support while helping them find opportunities and grow their personal brands.

The agency currently manages 100+ creators, with a significant portion of its network coming from different parts of India.

The business has also already achieved significant financial milestones. In 2024, one of Shivam’s companies was generating more than ₹40 lakh in monthly revenue, marking an important point in his entrepreneurial journey.

TEX Squad: Building a New-Age Media Network

TEX Squad, a subsidiary of Talent Experiences, represents another major part of Shivam’s vision.

The company operates across media, PR and digital platforms, working on campaigns and PR for brands, actors and other public figures while also developing digital intellectual properties.

Rather than limiting its focus to traditional meme or news-page management, TEX Squad aims to build and develop digital IPs and help individuals and organisations create their own media presence.

According to the company, its network currently has an audience base of 850 million+ across social-media platforms, with an ambition to cross 1 billion in audience reach in the future.

For Shivam, the ultimate objective is to build a large-scale media ecosystem rather than simply manage individual pages.

Nayaab Records: Supporting Independent Hip-Hop

Shivam’s fourth venture, Nayaab Records, operates as an independent hip-hop music label in India.

The label focuses on supporting emerging artists and providing a platform for new talent to release and develop their music.

The next phase of Nayaab Records is expected to be significantly larger, with plans for a major comeback involving some of India’s established and mainstream artists.

For Shivam, the label represents another side of his belief in discovering talent and building platforms around creative people.

What’s Next for Shivam Mishra?

Despite already building four companies at 23, Shivam sees his current ventures as only the beginning.

His long-term vision extends beyond his existing businesses. Through DB Media Groups, he wants to launch more creator-led brands, explore startup acquisitions and eventually build technology products for the creator economy.

Another major ambition is for DB Media Groups to work with 50–70+ startups, creating a broader ecosystem connecting startups with creators, media and digital distribution.

The common thread across all of Shivam’s ventures is exploration.

From losing his first major social-media account to building companies, experiencing setbacks and continuing to start again, his journey has been shaped by the willingness to learn rather than fear failure.

For Shivam, there is still much more to explore.

“We have only one life, so we should explore every day. When you keep exploring, you eventually learn how to build what you want.”

At 23, Shivam Mishra’s story is not about having already reached the destination. It is about what happens when a setback becomes a starting point — and when curiosity turns into the motivation to keep building.

Four companies are already part of the journey. His next chapter is still being written.
