CarriBiz: Redefining India’s On-Demand Logistics with a Fair and Partner-Centric Model

Three Indian engineering students from St. Peter’s Engineering CollegeJai Shankar and Raghu Sai, along with the Founder of CarriBiz — are preparing to introduce a new revolution in India’s on-demand logistics and delivery sector. This year, the month of November is going to witness the beginning of a new era in India’s logistics landscape with the launch of their startup, CarriBiz.

CarriBiz aims to create a logistics ecosystem that is fair, fast, and affordable for both customers and delivery partners, bringing a new level of transparency, opportunity, and dignity to India’s growing delivery economy.

The Story Behind CarriBiz

Founded in 2024, CarriBiz was born from a vision to bridge the gap between delivery partners and customers by creating a system that values both. To deeply understand the real-world challenges of delivery partners, the founding team spent nearly a year traveling with and learning directly from partners across multiple cities.

“We wanted to go beyond assumptions and see what really happens on the ground,” said the Founder of CarriBiz.
“To know the true challenges of partners, we joined them on their rides, listened to their stories, and identified where change was needed the most.”

Through this journey, the team identified key areas where partners needed stronger support — stable earnings, flexible systems, and recognition for their work. These insights shaped CarriBiz into a platform that puts people first, powered by smart technology and genuine understanding.

The CarriBiz Model: Fairness Meets Innovation

CarriBiz introduces India’s first “Earn Now, Pay Later” model in the logistics sector — allowing delivery partners to earn instantly while managing platform costs more flexibly.
This approach helps partners stay financially stable, earn more per trip, and maintain long-term growth with peace of mind.

The company also focuses on building a community-driven ecosystem, where partners feel connected, respected, and empowered.

The Vision: Empowering Partners, Simplifying Logistics

“Our mission is to bring fairness and balance into the on-demand delivery sector,” added the Founder.
“Every delivery partner should have the opportunity to grow, and every customer should experience reliable, transparent, and affordable logistics.”

CarriBiz believes that empowering delivery partners directly improves customer satisfaction and overall service quality — creating a win-win ecosystem for everyone involved.

What’s Next for CarriBiz

This November 2025, CarriBiz is set to officially launch, introducing a new wave of transparency and opportunity in India’s logistics space. The startup is currently part of the NVIDIA Inception Program, and incubated at the SPECIE Incubation Centre, backed by St. Peter’s Engineering College.

The founders envision CarriBiz as more than a delivery platform — a movement that celebrates fairness, technology, and human connection in logistics.

As the launch approaches, CarriBiz invites delivery partners and customers to get ready to experience something new
a platform where you can earn now, pay later, fill your day with rides, and unlock bigger earnings like never before.

Because when delivery partners grow, every delivery becomes a step forward.
