His journey begins long before his birth, rooted in the legacy of his forefathers, Hindustani classical musicians from northern India whose tradition dated back to 1925. Though raised in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, Akshay carried this musical inheritance within him, a silent rhythm waiting to find its voice.

During his school and college years in Coimbatore, Akshay taught himself music, aspiring to become a music director and carry forward his grandfather’s dream. What followed was a career as an electrical engineer, first in a steel plant in Odisha and later with a German company on global projects.
